Dean Preston says he's for the people, but his record tells a different story.

Dean Preston has been the Supervisor of District 5 for 5 years. In that time, 1000s of small businesses have closed, 1000s of people have died of overdoses on our streets, and 1000s of our neighbors have been pushed out of our city due to unaffordability.

Dean has opposed building over 30,000 people's homes. Dean has opposed policies that could close our opioid markets, including saying that arresting fentanyl dealers is "pointless". Dean has opposed policies that would make it easier for our small business to thrive and instead funded corrupt nonprofits like SF Safe.

In total, Dean has voted No over 200 times on policies that could have supported District 5 residents. That's 2X as many "No" votes as the next SF Supervisor. The impact of his record speaks for itself: increases in overdoses, increases in gun violence, increases in small business closures.
